Purchases are not instant. Every purchase is validated to avoid fraud and it might take up to 24 hours to process an order.
There currently isn't upgrade script from phpBB 2 hosting scripts. It will be added later (with sebflipper's multiforums support), but there isn't any ETA, so don't expect to get it soon.
