Even a small VPS with 256mb ram is big enough if you're not serving many pages, but it can quickly get into having a very expensive server and then to more than one. Really depends...

He's top notch, was a huge contributer to Sebflipper's script which, in turn, largely lead to his following hear. He's got years of experience with, and built a reputation for, excellent support and relentless development.
