One time fee for the script. There is a yearly renewal fee if you want to get the latest updates but you are free to use the script without a renewal fee.

It should work fine on a dedicated server with one ip address. You just need one free ip address that has no other wildcard dns on it.

We have now added better support for IIS. Which includes support for ISAPI Rewrite 3.0 which supports apache .htaccess files on IIS. Script has been tested and is supported for IIS 6.
