Hi,
I've bought this good script and installed it on my new domain.
I've noticed a strange behaviour on new forums. Maybe it's just a stupid question, but I'm not able to fix it.
This is a forum I created on my site: http://demo.tovisit.org/index.php
When I try to post a new discussion I get this warning:
The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again.
Why? I set all permissions, but I still get this error.
Thank you very much.

Login to client area of website and add your forum name to your profile, then you'll see customers area of forum where support questions should be posted.
edit: nevermind, I've edited your profile myself, so you can now access customers area. Please post all further questions there.
Your problem is that you are using outdated style downloaded from spam website. If you look at your overall_footer.html you'll notice some hidden links. Don't ever download anything from sarkis-webdesign.com because they just take styles from other websites (that one is taken from colorizeit.com), remove copyright and put their hidden links in it.

You're right....
I couldn't even imagine that the problem depended on a style. I'm going to remove all styles downloaded from that bad site...
Thank you CyberAlien, now everything is working right.

Hi,
I'am also experience this problem now; but all my styles is downloaded from http://www.phpbb3styles.net/ . So i'am wondering if there is a way to find out which styles that are spam styles by searching on some keywords in all the style files?

Re: Problem posting in new forums
For junk look in overall_footer.html and overall_footer.html, to verify if style is up to date check if there is "S_REGISTER_ENABLED" (without quotes) in overall_header.html
Style that is for phpBB 3.0.1 will have that variable used in some <!-- IF --> in overall_header.html, like this:or like this:or something else that uses S_REGISTER_ENABLED
Style that is for phpBB 3.0.1 will have that variable used in some <!-- IF --> in overall_header.html, like this:
Code: Select all
<!-- IF not S_USER_LOGGED_IN and S_REGISTER_ENABLED -->
Code: Select all
<!-- ELSEIF S_REGISTER_ENABLED -->

It would certainly also help if YOU stopped STEALING others' images. You stole phpBB's image and you stole HostingDelivered's - and you complain of hidden links and outdated styles?!

If you feel this post is unwarranted, I'll oblige to removing it - but it just didn't seem fair.

headout's right - I was referring to the jerk who runs tovisit.org. He still has the images - check them out. You can check G's cache to see who had it first.clinton4 wrote:Are you talking to me?
