Not by default.

But if there is a modification for phpBB that allows it then you should be able to use that mod with phpBBHS

I have one more essential question here, to install mod such as this. Do i need to edit every style to make it available everyone, or i can just install it once and it will be available for everyone ?

That would depend on the mod if it edits the style it may require an edit to each style.
That is the hard part with mods and normally why in my forum hostings I run I limit it to the default theme or a couple handpicked themes.

If the addon/mod requires it a style edit then yes

Is there one you would personally recommend among these?

I am not sure which one to pick.

Does this mean, it will not have to be installed individually on each skin? Would it work without touching any of the skin ?
