Demo

Post by GRATOUS »

Do you have a demo server?
Do you use the same php files for all the forums?
Can you set size limit per forum?
Can the owner delete is own forum?
If we had a demo server it will be better for purchase decision

Hi,

Read this topic; http://www.phpbbhs.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3

The script is not ready yet, the site and forum has only been set up to get things ready.

There will be some demo when script is ready, probably not a real demo but just a large collection of screenshots at the beginning, real demo might be added later.

Speaking of a demo, how about either a HTML admin demo (where no php is requried at all) or have the script installed but have something like die('bla...'); when user tries to alter anything through submit form etc... Just a thought.

That's a good idea. I'll just block all $_POST data, unless its a login form. That should do the trick :)

First script public alpha is almost ready, so I've posted few screenshots. You can see them here: http://www.phpbbhs.com/screenshots.html

Website template is easily editable, and it is complete (probably there won't be any changes to it until final release), so you can change it.
