can i install on all forum new mod same time?

Or i must install this same mod on all forum new one for one?

This system uses one set of files. So it depends you need to have good knowledge of php and sql.
Depending on the mod if install it you may need to run sql on all forums that are currently hosted and also update the .sql files from phpbbhs so newly created forums have the sql for the mod as well.
