No, you have a different problem. Purchases are not instant, as it is written on purchase page. You cannot download software and access customers area of forum until your license has been activated by me, and I'm waiting for 2checkout to confirm order. It usually takes about 12 hours for them to confirm or deny order, though in your case everything seems to be legit, so I've just activated your license.

I've just updated forum to latest version and I think I've finally fixed problem with users not being added to customers group properly, so now it all should work fine.

I am having a similar issue with logging onto the customer area -

After I add the username/password it states that I am logged in, but when I click 'Continue' it hangs and eventually states that the redirection is not working properly. Is this something to do with the license activation, or possibly something to do with the server config?

The phpBBHS client area? Try again and let me know if it still occurs let me know what browser and send me a pm with the username used.
