Re: installed support forum
Usually its a separate phpBB installation made by forum host owner. They use another forum because they want to add few mods and a custom style that aren't available to their users.

I can just use phpbbhs to create a user and a support.domain.com forum?
is there a big issue with this?
for the style it looks like i can set permissions to set custom themes for any forum.
