Installation in subdir

Post by greatwork »

First want to say: Great script and good work.

Now my queastion:
I want to install the script in a subdir named 3 so the adress will be:
http://www.mywebpage.com/3/
instead of just http://www.mywebpage.com

How do I do that? Where in the config.php should I change and how does it work?

It probably won't work. Script is designed to work from root directory.

That is bad. Have to find an other solution to host phpbb2 and phpbb3 at the same time.

Put CA's in the root and move phpbb2 forums to a subdomain?

what you should do is waste another 6$ on a new domain.

so lets say your old domian is:

forumswehost.com

make the new one

forumswehost.net
or
forumswehost2.com

then set up the other page to accomadate both signups etc..
indieCore radio - 24/7 music and HD music videos... (hiatus)
contentZERO. - my design/production company...

I've added support for subdirectories to release.

It currently can be downloaded in client area separately from official release (its marked as "test release" so people won't confuse it with stable version) because I'm still testing it to make sure everything works, and will put it in next release in 2-3 days when I'll squash last bugs.
