I have the same problem!

I have no access to Customer Area , in the passed I was able to access in but now ; I can't , I only see one subject : "How to access forum's customers area".
Can you check what's wrong ?

As I mentionned ; I had access to customers area in the past .
but no access since some time .

I noticed you changed your email intially.
What is your http://www.phpbbhs.com username

Also make sure you login in there and attempt to reset the forum membergroup at http://www.phpbbhs.com
