im currently using IX Webhosting. The reason i chose them, is because their Data Center is in the same town as mine.

Even a small VPS with 256mb ram is big enough if you're not serving many pages, but it can quickly get into having a very expensive server and then to more than one. Really depends...

Great place with lots people selling VPS. My fav you can search by user is a2b2 have used them for over 1 year.
Also make sure once you find a nice ad you search the domain name on WHT (Web Hosting Talk) and make sure there's not to many or any negative comments but also positive to make sure not a brand new company.
