Clean inactive forum / illegal forums

if we offer instant free forums hosting. there is big chance that we will find:
1. Inactive Forums :
a. Forums without posting for more than x days.
b. forums without moderators login after Y Days

2. Forum which is illegal. and not following our rules.
3. and other situations.

if we leave this forums at the database. it is not good for our services.

so, I hope phpbbhs will have this functions.
in my opinions this is importants
